  • How do I book a stay?

    Simply use the search bar within the Book Now Page to select your preferred dates and location to browse available properties. Once you've chosen a place, click “Book Now” and follow the checkout process.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major debit/credit cards and secure online payments via Stripe. Payments are processed safely through our booking platform.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    In most cases, full payment is taken at the time of booking. If a deposit is required, it will be clearly stated before checkout. and taken during the check-in process before your stay. For most of our properties, you will have the option to choose between a refundable deposit or a small non-refundable damage waiver.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our standard policy allows flexible cancellation up to 4 days before arrival. After that, cancellation fees may apply. Full details are shown during booking and this can change per property based on location and booking patterns.

  • Can I change my dates after booking?

    Yes - subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to help you modify your stay.
